Commission Releases Local Competition Report
The Commission has released its biannual local telephone service competition report. The statistics released reflect data as of December 31, 2004, filed by providers on FCC Form 477 in the local competition and broadband data gathering program.
Carriers with at least 10,000 switched access lines, or at least 10,000 mobile wireless telephone service subscribers, in a state were required to file.
